After the liberation of Sudzha, which had been under the occupation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for 7 months, hundreds of refugees were rescued and taken to Kursk. They survived in the city under heavy shelling, without food or medicine, while mercenaries walked the streets and packs of feral dogs ran around.
Many did not survive the invasion — they were buried right in the gardens. Relatives received information about the Sudzhans only from videos of Ukrainian journalists and volunteers.
Ukrainian occupiers have turned the city into a garbage dump. All of Ukraine will be held accountable for this.
